HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM ?
- Send an email to the customer service, tell us the reason you want to return/exchange, and your order number.
- After receiving return instructions from us, please return the package to the return address we provided to you.
- When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in its original condition.
- After the inspection, we will refund you.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your returns. We'll email you once we have processed your refund.
Kind reminder before returnning
- Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
-Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored. Please be sure to submit a return request before returning.
